Associate Advisor – Ultra High Net Worth Wealth Management
Location: Hybrid (Twin Cities Metro)
Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000 + Bonus

A growing wealth management firm serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families is seeking an Associate Advisor to support sophisticated client relationships and planning initiatives.
This role works closely with advisors, clients, and professional partners to help deliver a highly organized, responsive, and exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate enjoys coordinating complex projects, managing details, and supporting high-level professionals in a fast-paced environment.
The Associate Advisor serves as a central operational and relationship support partner for the firm's most sophisticated client relationships. This individual helps coordinate planning initiatives across investments, insurance, tax, estate, and other advisory disciplines while ensuring seamless communication, execution, and service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Support advisors in managing complex client relationships and planning initiatives
- Coordinate communication and follow-up between clients, advisors, and external professionals
- Prepare meeting materials, summaries, presentations, and planning documentation
- Conduct research and assist with analysis related to client needs and planning strategies
- Track projects, action items, and implementation across multiple stakeholders
- Maintain accurate client records, CRM data, and workflow processes
- Assist in creating a proactive, high-touch client experience
- Utilize technology and AI tools to improve organization, efficiency, and execution
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, banking, insurance, legal services, accounting, or another professional services environment
- Exceptional organizational and project coordination skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
- High level of discretion, maturity, and emotional intelligence
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience leveraging technology and AI tools to improve productivity
Licensing Required
- Life, Accident & Health
- SIE, Series 7, Series 63 are required
Preferred
- Experience supporting financial advisors, executives, attorneys, accountants, or other professionals
- Exposure to financial planning, investments, insurance, trust, estate, or client service operations
