  • Provide docketing and calendaring support, including court scheduling orders, briefing schedules, and other court-mandated dates
  • Maintain electronic client files, including pleadings, indices, and original documents
  • Review and finalize attorney and paralegal time entries and manage client invoices

  • Monitor and maintain attorney professional memberships, CLE reporting, and license renewals
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and report expenses
  • Review, organize, and distribute daily mail across numerous client matters
  • Track and organize receipt and expense submissions

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Strong word processing skills, including efficient use of Microsoft Styles, and proficient basic Excel skills (data entry, manipulation, simple formulas)
  • Proficient transcription skills from digital dictation
  • Familiarity with legal terminology, procedures, and firm templates
  • Excellent grammar, proofreading, and superior attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle a large volume of detailed work with accuracy under court deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
  • Positive, collaborative team approach with a solution-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least two years of business litigation legal assistant experience in a law firm
  • Prior experience providing administrative support in a legal office
  • Familiarity with iManage, InTapp, iTimekeep, or similar legal software platforms

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation is aligned with experience, with a salary range of $48,000 to $91,000 based on your background and fit for the role. Candidates ranging from early-career to seasoned legal assistant professionals are encouraged to apply.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees including health insurance, paid parental leave, 401(k), disability and life insurance, paid time off, and voluntary benefits.
