A well-established, growth-oriented wealth management firm is seeking a polished and service-driven Wealth Management Assistant to support a team of advisors. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys supporting relationships, managing logistics, and ensuring every client interaction runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client scheduling and coordinate meeting logistics for advisors
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, delivering a professional and responsive experience
- Maintain and update client information within CRM and internal systems
- Prepare and distribute client agreements and documentation (notary support as needed)
- Assist with administrative support for client service and operations
- Support internal and external events, as well as ad hoc projects
- Provide backup support to the broader administrative team as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative or client service experience in a professional environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
