A well-established, growth-oriented wealth management firm is seeking a polished and service-driven Wealth Management Assistant to support a team of advisors. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys supporting relationships, managing logistics, and ensuring every client interaction runs smoothly.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client scheduling and coordinate meeting logistics for advisors
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, delivering a professional and responsive experience
  • Maintain and update client information within CRM and internal systems
  • Prepare and distribute client agreements and documentation (notary support as needed)
  • Assist with administrative support for client service and operations
  • Support internal and external events, as well as ad hoc projects
  • Provide backup support to the broader administrative team as needed


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of administrative or client service experience in a professional environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
